Transactions with which Stephen has recently been involved include the purchase of Atlantic Quay, Broomielaw, Glasgow for Prudential for circa £70m; the purchase of a £123m shopping centre portfolio for Dunedin Property; the acquisition of a £100m mixed portfolio on behalf of Catalyst Capital; and the acquisition of Tay House, Glasgow for Credential Holdings, for circa £30m. Scott has been active in the Scottish commercial markets since 1989, and has acted for a variety of clients including NFU Mutual, Threadneedle, BBC, Standard Life, and Liverpool Victoria. He has a firm commitment to obtain the best possible deal for each of his clients, whether buying or selling. He has been involved in a number of recent major transactions including the acquisition of Burns Mall Shopping Centre, Kilmarnock for circa £17.5m on behalf of Eagle Star; the acquisition of Wardpark Industrial Estate, Cumbernauld for iOG for circa £26m; the disposal of M8 Interlink for NFU Mutual at £15.3m; and the sale of the B & Q Coatbridge for Macdonald Estates at £18.65m.
