Inglis Howie Overview

Both Stephen Inglis and Scott Howie have worked within major national and global firms and as such recognise the desire from clients for specialist advice from a practice transacting solely commercial investment stock. We differentiate ourselves be offering a high level of personal service to all our clients.

Not only do we buy and sell commercial property investments on behalf of clients, but also provide advice in conjunction with clients’ solicitors and accountants on property company structures, SPV transactions, and mitigation of tax liabilities, as well as investment advice on development opportunities. To date we have been involved in the establishment of 4 specialist property investment vehicles both onshore and offshore on behalf of private clients.

The partners are dedicated to the success of every transaction with which the firm is involved, and as such treat each transaction in a hands-on manner personally.
