We provide a proactive and bespoke investment management service to suit each client’s objectives and needs.

We create a specific strategy paper for clients taking each asset individually and setting out both short and longer term objectives for the portfolio. Not only do we seek to protect your property value, but to grow and maximise returns by reducing operating costs, retaining occupiers and minimising risk to name a few.

We can undertake a range of services to suit a client’s requirements, including, but not limited to:

  • Lease management – including lease renewals, lease regears, tenant movement within buildings, and monitoring break options – at all times seeking to optimise tenant retention and rental growth
  • Invoice and collection of rent and service charge – regular reports provided giving collection stats and analysis. Since inception of the company, our records show we have maintained a collection record in excess of 95% including periods of Covid-related lockdown.
  • Co-ordination of specialist services – including building surveys, legal advice, rent reviews, tax advice, accountancy, insurance procurement, and property management
  • Portfolio growth - we prepare an asset plan for each asset on acquisition and follow that through to fruition with regular updates
  • Exit strategies – within each strategy paper we will suggest an optimum point of exit, however this may be dictated by market movements. With our agency arm, we are extremely knowledgeable on the investment market, and as such uniquely placed to provide ongoing relevant advice to clients on the best point to exit in order to maximise returns.
  • Debt restructuring – including liaison with existing debt providers and new sources of debt to suit strategy”
